We collaborate closely with the architect/designer of the project and the client to ensure the best results possible. During the estimating stage, we analyze different building methods that will yield the best engineering results while being the most cost-effective. 

PRECONSTRUCTION

The Preconstruction Stage is one of the most vital stages in ensuring that the project stays on-budget and on-schedule. Our team methodically breaks down each stage of the project to determine costs, time frames, objectives, etc. Preconstruction enhances the performance of the work and minimizes technical issues, which saves time and money for your client.
